Shipping

Cost of delivery - South Africa only

  • on average it costs about R 149 per 6 bottle case of wine for major centers, BUT it cost the same for orders up to R1999.99, so choose wisely and save!
  • orders of R2000.00 and more will only cost R99 to be delivered to your door!
  • we do add the standard delivery cost to your door as soon as you  checkout, unless you select "pick up" (Free) where available. Orders for Pick-Up will be arranged at a suitable collection place per order.
  • single/small items up to 2.5Kg (ie. 1-2 bottles of Olive or Chilli Oil) will cost R99 to your door
  • please ensure you use a valid physical STREET postal code as we do not deliver to post boxes. Also ensure that you select the address where someone can receive during working hours.
  • NB!! please supply us with a contact number as the courier guys need to be able to contact you if no one is home when they arrive with your delivery!

Delivery times

  • delivery to main cities will take place between 2 and 3 working days, while regional/outlying areas usually take 3-5 working days
  • if you need your order urgently please call us after placing your order, as we will do everything in our power to assist
  • please consider using your work address for delivery - we'd hate it to have our courier turn around at an unanswered door!

International Orders

  • unfortunately we do not take international orders at this stage, but please do check back in time for any changes to this

 

Returns

  • If you have any issues with delivery or with your product, please call our team on 066 050 4667 or email admin@liveitwell.co.za
  • If, for any valid reason, you would like to return your product, please contact us with your details, and we will gladly discuss the arrangements with you

REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Should you not be satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund or exchange subject to the following:

  • Original proof of purchase must be provided
  • Product must be in original condition and packaging
  • Refunds will only be given within 14 days of purchase
  • We may deduct a fair shipping and handling fee from refunds, as per the CPA and ECTA

Breakage policy :

As wine bottles are rather fragile, we unfortunately do experience breakages...

  • Breakage policy - Bottle
    If you receive your wine, and you notice that a bottle has been broken please write this on the waybill you sign for insurance purposes. Then please let us know how many bottles are broken (and which wine). We ask that you send us photo evidence of this, as this speeds up the return/replacement process. We will then access the damage and refund the relevant amount back to you, or send you replacement wine should this be your choice.
  • Breakage policy - Case
    In the very extreme case of the whole case being damaged, please do not accept the delivery and we will arrange a replacement asap.
